I ordered a fish sandwich and I look inside because I need to see what I’m eating, and the piece of fish was the size of a chicken tender. The bun was overwhelming for the fish inside. The taste was Very bland also. Can’t order that again.
Fries and drink ok. Total $12.31. If I would have gone across the street $8.55. I dislike when I waste money.
My husband asked for a double butterburger with no cheese. Does this look like no cheese to you? Unfortunately we don't see this until we arrive home. My husband is lactose, and can't have cheese. Now he has to starve for dinner. Thanks a lot a*holes. What makes it even worse? The person behind the speaker repeated our order back to us correctly, but somehow still puts cheese on his burger. As high as your prices are y'all really can't afford to be messing up orders. Not returning to this Culver's again.
Cold Non fresh burger. Cold unmelted cheese. Nothing special. Mashed Potatoes with gravy, instant, not appetizing. Nothing special. I stopped because it was convenient. Entirely empty restaurant and people sit right next to me.
Went through the drive thru,to get dinnerba friend of mine and myself also was getting a order for his mother .They were very quick to respond when pulling up to outside menu.They were very helpful with suggestions that might complement my meal choices. And the food was hot and fresh and they even put napkins and straws and condiments in the bag without out even me having to ask for any. I would recommend anyone who wants a takeout meal but not fast food goes to Culver's to have a great meal and pleasant service.

When you walk in, you're greeted cheerily. If you aren't ready to order, the person behind the counter patiently waits until you are. When you leave, you're sent off with a "Have a nice day" and a door held. It was my first time eating here, but I will most definitely be returning. Great service and absolutely delicious food...it is now a favorite of mine.
I ordered cheese curds and marinara sauce from here. I never received my marinara and I called asking what to do about it being very polite. I would not have had a problem with it had the person on the phone not hung up on me. My husband called back and they told him we could not be refunded. Yes it is only 44 cents but very poor customer service.
Normally I enjoy Culver's, but this trip was unsatisfactory. The order was incorrect, and the sandwich and fries were warm at best. I went up to the counter and the manager corrected the order.
